PrintCap Unlicensed Printer or Unauthorized Printer 00000351
Problem: A watermark is added to documents printed to the MaxRecall PrintCap printer. The watermark says "Unlicensed Printer. License is needed".
This message from PrintCap is fairly common after a Windows update. It indicates there's a problem with the PrintCap install on the local client.
Solution: Uninstall and re-install MaxRecall PrintCap on the client.
Also, consider upgrading your install of Webdocs/WebAccess to a later release which includes updates to PrintCap that resolves the issue with the Windows update. Once the update is installed on the web server then PrintCap would need to be uninstalled and reinstalled on the client.
