Problems starting TPO Services 00000146

Louie or Burro not starting.

TPO Services use ortcloud.ini. Make sure permissions on the file are set correctly.

If the apps open correctly then compare mrhide to ortcloud.

Make sure the computer ID, dbsource and setup path correct.

Check the MaxRecall programs directory for a lou start error log. Check to make sure zzlouie.exe is in the MaxRecall\programs directory.
