Failed to log in with zzMRQ

Failed to log in with zzMRQ

Problem:
User is trying to log in to WebAccess and receives the error "Failed to log in with zzMRQ".

Version:
All versions of WebAccess.  Using Active Directory authentication or MaxRecall's built-in authentication.

Cause:
Most likely there are non-allowed characters in the MaxRecall Net Login password.

Solutions:
Change the user's Net Login password in their Member setup in MaxRecall core Administration and only use numbers and letters, no special characters.  If you want to see what the value is before changing it you'll need to run a SQL query, it's not visible in any MaxRecall GUI.

Additional Information:
If the customer is using Active Directory authentication then the Net Login password is not actually being used for authentication.  It does not need to match the user's actual AD password.  So the password can be anything, it just can't be blank.
