Occurs
in the TPO Services, Retrieval and Acquisition.
The program has lost its
connection to the MaxRecall database.
Most often seen in the logs generated
by zzlouie.exe (TPO Scheduler).
Check to make sure the MaxRecall database is
available and that SQL Server is running.
Check to see if someone restarted
SQL Server or rebooted the machine where it's running.
Check the event viewer
or SQL logs to see if SQL Server is having trouble.
Could also indicate some
kind of network problem.
